PROFINET Controller Module for ControlLogix. The ILX56-PNC PROFINET Controller module allows Rockwell Automation ControlLogix processors to communicate on a PROFINET RT protocol network with up to 64 PROFINET devices. The module provides the ability to pass up to 4096 bytes of input and output data as high-speed cyclic I/O data on a PROFINET RT network. Combined with the use of multiple I/O connections back to the ControlLogix processor, this module provides data update rates that will meet even the most demanding of PROFINET RT applications.
